About Rodrigo y Gabriela

Rodrigo y Gabriela are a Mexican acoustic guitar duo from Mexico City. Known for fusing flamenco guitar with rock and heavy metal, they achieved fame with songs like “Diablo Rojo” and their debut covers of Led Zeppelin and Metallica. Their 2020 album Mettavolution won the Grammy for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album. Their latest album, In Between Thoughts…A New World (2023), explores jazz, classical, and orchestral elements.
